NetFly Terms of Service

Please note that before registering as a NetFly user, you should carefully read this "NetFly Terms of Service" (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") to ensure that you fully understand each clause of this Agreement. Please carefully read and choose to accept or not accept this Agreement. Unless you accept all terms of this Agreement, you have no right to register, log in, or use the services covered by this Agreement. Your registration, login, and usage actions will be considered as acceptance of this Agreement and agreement to be bound by all terms of this Agreement. This Agreement stipulates the rights and obligations between NetFly and users regarding "SSR" services (hereinafter referred to as "services"). "User" refers to individuals who register, log in, and use this service. NetFly reserves the right to update the Agreement content; once the updated terms are published, they will replace the original terms without further notice.

Account Registration

1. Users need to register a "NetFly" account before using this service. The "NetFly" account should be registered with an email binding. Please use an email that has not been bound to other "NetFly" accounts and has not been banned by NetFly according to this Agreement to register your "NetFly" account. NetFly reserves the right to change the method of account registration and binding according to user needs or product requirements without further notice.

2. If the registration applicant has been previously banned by NetFly or is suspected of false registration and misuse of others' names for registration, and other reasons that cannot be approved, NetFly has the right to refuse to provide services.

Account Security

1. Once users successfully register, they become NetFly users and will receive a username and password, with the right to log in to NetFly at any time using their username and password.

2. Users are fully responsible for the security of their account and password, and are also fully responsible for all activities and events conducted through their account.

3. NetFly shall not disclose users' personal privacy and information without user permission.

4. If the user's password is leaked or the security of the user's password is threatened for any other reason, they should contact NetFly customer service staff immediately; otherwise, they will bear the consequences.

User Declarations and Guarantees

1. Users must have full civil capacity and the ability to enter into transactions and fulfill their obligations.

2. Any content created, uploaded, copied, published, or distributed by users through the use of NetFly, including but not limited to account avatars, names, user descriptions and other registration information and certification materials, or text, voice, pictures, videos, graphics and related link pages, as well as other content generated through account or service use, must not violate relevant national legal systems, including but not limited to the following principles:

• Opposing the basic principles established by the Constitution
• Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, or undermining national unity
• Harming national honor and interests
• Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, or undermining ethnic unity
• Undermining national religious policies or promoting cults and feudal superstitions
• Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, or undermining social stability
• Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or instigating crimes
• Insulting or defaming others, infringing upon others' legitimate rights and interests
• Containing other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations

3. Users must not use their "NetFly" account or this service to create, upload, copy, publish, or distribute content that interferes with normal operations or infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties:

• Containing any sexual or sexual implications
• Containing abuse, intimidation, or threatening content
• Containing harassment, spam advertisements, malicious information, or deceptive information
• Involving others' privacy, personal information, or data
• Infringing upon others' rights to reputation, portrait, intellectual property, trade secrets, and other legitimate rights
• Containing other information that interferes with the normal operation of this service and infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties

Service Content

1. The specific service content of NetFly is provided by NetFly according to actual circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Online consultation services
• Network proxy services

2. All announcements and other messages sent to users can be sent via email or contact methods provided by users.

3. This site has no refund mechanism and does not accept refund requests. New users please try first.

Service Termination

1. NetFly has the right to terminate services to users under the following circumstances:

• Users violate relevant provisions of this service agreement
• Users who have not used "NetFly" services for more than six months; NetFly has the right to terminate services and no longer retain user-related data
• Users must not spread content that violates the provisions of this agreement through "NetFly" services; once discovered, NetFly has the right to withhold the amount in the account
• When this service agreement is terminated or updated, users explicitly indicate unwillingness to accept new service terms
• Other circumstances where NetFly deems it necessary to terminate services

2. After service termination, NetFly has no obligation to retain any information in or related to the user's original account.

Service Changes and Interruptions

1. Given the special nature of network services, users agree that NetFly may change or interrupt part or all of the network services, and delete (no longer retain) any materials submitted by users during use without notifying users or bearing any responsibility to any user or any third party.

2. NetFly needs to regularly or irregularly test or update the platform providing network services, causing network service interruptions within reasonable times. NetFly has the obligation to give advance notice, and beyond this, NetFly bears no responsibility.

Service Terms Modification

1. NetFly has the right to modify any content of these service terms at any time. Once any content of these service terms changes, NetFly will prompt users about the modifications through appropriate means.

2. If users disagree with NetFly's updates and changes to these service terms, they have the right to stop using NetFly services.

3. If users continue to use network services, it will be considered as users accepting NetFly's modifications to these service terms.

Disclaimer and Compensation Statement

1. If NetFly has clearly indicated changes in its service provision method and reminded users of matters requiring attention, all consequences arising from users not operating according to requirements shall be borne by users themselves.

2. Users explicitly agree that the risks of using NetFly will be entirely borne by themselves, and all consequences arising from their use of NetFly will also be borne by themselves.

3. Users agree to protect and maintain the interests of NetFly and other users. Due to users' illegal, untrue, improper behavior in using NetFly, or infringement of third parties' legitimate rights and interests, or users' violation of any terms under this agreement causing losses to NetFly and any other third party, users agree to bear the resulting damage compensation liability.

Privacy Statement

1. Scope of Application:

• Personal registration information provided by users when registering for NetFly accounts as required
• When users use NetFly or visit related web pages, NetFly automatically receives and records server values from users' browsers, including but not limited to IP addresses and other data, and web page records requested by users

2. Information Usage:

• NetFly will not sell or lend users' personal information to anyone unless prior permission is obtained from users
• NetFly also does not allow any third party to collect, edit, sell, or distribute users' personal information free of charge by any means. Any user engaging in such activities, once discovered, NetFly has the right to immediately terminate the service agreement with that user and seal their account
• To achieve the purpose of serving users, NetFly may use users' personal information to provide services to users, including but not limited to sending product and service information to users

3. Information Disclosure: Users' personal information will be partially or fully disclosed under the following circumstances:

• Disclosure to third parties with user consent
• Disclosure to third parties or administrative or judicial institutions according to relevant legal provisions or requirements of administrative or judicial institutions
• If users violate relevant Chinese laws or website policies, disclosure to third parties is required
• Bank account information provided by users when using NetFly will be strictly subject to relevant confidentiality agreements

Other

1. NetFly solemnly reminds users to pay attention to the terms in this agreement that exempt NetFly from responsibility and limit users' rights. Please read carefully and consider risks independently. Minors should read this agreement accompanied by their legal guardians.

2. The final interpretation right of this agreement belongs to NetFly, and all rights of interpretation and modification are reserved.

3. This agreement is applicable from May 1, 2017.
